Olga Bednarski (BA Hons, MSc Psych.) is a psychologist, holistic life coach, researcher and speaker. Her journey towards self-actualization, authenticity and wholeness began with a significant personal transformation—from struggle with social anxiety disorder and stuttering to achieving self-acceptance, inner peace,
and freedom of self-expression.

Throughout her journey, Olga realized that most, if not all, emotional problems stem from an inner disconnection within individuals—from their spiritual essence. This disconnection can lead to the development of various serious mental conditions, illnesses, addictions and life crises, with social anxiety and speech anxiety being two perfect examples. She asserts that as we lose touch with our spiritual essence, often through the chronic suppression of feelings, lack of self-love and neglect of our needs, we experience what she refers to as a “spiritual void”. This spiritual void creates inner pain and a longing to fill it, which inevitably influences our thoughts, behaviours and ultimately shapes our personal realities and experiences.
Olga advocates for a holistic approach to working with clients, addressing the spiritual void by relating to individuals as whole beings. She blends various psychological techniques and approaches that reflect the multifaceted nature, history, and needs of each person.

Olga is deeply fascinated by the inner worlds of the individuals she works with. She strongly believes that it is these inner worlds—comprising thoughts, emotions and feelings—that drive our actions or inactions and shape both our individual and collective physical realities. If we seek greater stability and peace in our physical world, we must first address and remedy our dysfunctional inner worlds.

Olga believes that as more people embark on the journey of understanding their inner worlds and resolving emotional issues, we will cease harming our planet, end nonsensical wars and recognize that our planet is indeed the promised paradise—right here, right now—that we have all been waiting to see.
